Viewing Your Agenda

You might have noticed the Agenda option as you were changing views here and there.The Agenda view is an easy way to see all the events for a month in one simple list.It’s really most useful after you’ve added a few events to your calendar.Otherwise,you’re just looking at a boring screen with little to no information instead of something exciting.

Note: If a day doesn’t have an event,it isn’t listed in the Agenda view.

You can access the Agenda view using two different methods:

• From any calendar view,press the Menu button,and tap Agenda.

• From the weekly or monthly view,tap and hold anywhere on the screen,and then tap Agenda.

Note: Whatever month you happen to be viewing will be the month pulled up in the Agenda view.

We have one last little bit of information about the Agenda view.If you are viewing the agenda for the current month,pressing the Menu button and tapping Today scrolls the Agenda so that today is at the top of the screen.If you’re viewing a different month,the Today option currently doesn’t work.
